Tom Ritchie Bio

Tom Ritchie, Partner, joined Incline October 2018. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm. Previously, Tom was a Managing Director and Partner at CI Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Tom joined CI in 2004 from UBS Investment Bank, where he was an Associate Director responsible for arranging debt financing for leveraged buyouts. Previously Tom was a Management Associate at the Oncology Therapeutics Network, a venture-backed pharmaceutical distributor. Tom earned a BA from Princeton University and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
