Peter Pritchard Bio

Peter Pritchard, Principal, joined Incline in July of 2023. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm. Previously, Peter was the Director of Corporate Development at isolved, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR, where he led the company’s inorganic growth strategy. Prior to that, he was an associate with private equity firm Summit Park, and he began his career as an investment banking analyst with Harris Williams. Peter received as B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
