Lori Faust Bio

Lori Faust, Director of Administration, joined Incline in April 2023. She is responsible for managing and improving the efficiency of the firm’s operations, including evaluating and managing vendors. Before joining Incline, Lori served as a District Manager for Starbucks, overseeing 13 stores and approximately 350 employees. In this role, Lori managed key vendor relationships, served as the area’s HR consultant, and led many successful new store openings that optimized operational efficiency and drove measurable results. Earlier in her career, Lori was a District Manager for Caribou Coffee, where her primary focus was on driving profitability by empowering and developing store leadership teams. Lori brings over 20 years of experience in developing and leading high-performing teams within complex, multi-unit operations. Her leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, with an emphasis on cultivating the growth and capabilities of her team members to deliver sustainable, long-term results.
