Bill Zaccardelli Bio

Bill Zaccardelli, Principal, joined Incline in July 2021. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm. Previously, Bill was an Associate at Align Capital Partners, where he supported the firm’s investments in business services companies. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Citizens M&A Advisory, where he executed sell-side M&A advisory transactions across the middle market. He began his career in the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bill received a B.S.B.A. in accountancy from John Carroll University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
