Eunice Welsh Bio

Eunice is currently Vice President, Legal at Imperial Capital and works closely with individual deal teams on portfolio company matters as well as with Owen Payne, General Counsel, on the firm’s legal affairs more broadly. Prior to joining Imperial in 2022, Eunice was an associate at Torys LLP, where she worked on various corporate transactions, with a particular focus on private fund formation and private equity investments. Eunice received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Toronto and her First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.
