Ryan Kim is a Managing Director of IMM Private Equity. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kim worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and an M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. Previously he also worked as a private equity investment professional at Actium Group. Mr. Kim received a BA in Economics from Seoul National University and a JD-MBA from Northwestern University. Mr. Kim is a CPA (Korea), CFA charterholder and a member of the Illinois State Bar.
