Rich joined IMB in 2022 as a Managing Director with 20 years of experience in capital markets, commercial lending, business development, and credit risk management. His coverage experience includes the Engineering & Construction, Healthcare, and Restaurant industries, as well as Asset-Based and Sponsored Finance. Prior to IMB, Mr. Beaty was Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial & Industrial Lending in the Eastern Pennsylvania region for S&T Bank. Rich’s responsibilities included overseeing banking teams focused on executing senior debt solutions to middle-market and sponsor-owned companies. Rich has executed over $25.0 billion in syndicated financings as sole and joint-lead arranger for large corporate and middle market companies, while in senior positions at First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Regions Bank, Bank of America, and National City Corporation. Mr. Beaty received a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
