Kirk Fichtner Bio

Mr. Fichtner joined IMB in 2019 and is the Controller. He has over 20 years of experience in managing financial operations for private equity, venture capital, and financial services firms. Prior to IMB, Kirk was the controller at Share Financial Services, Inc., a niche-focused investment bank, and also worked as a senior analyst in fund operations at Markpoint Venture Partners during the 2003 to 2018 period. Prior to 2003, Kirk held various finance positions at First Global, Inc., Dupont Flooring Systems, Nations Bank, and Dillion, Read and Co. Mr. Fichtner received a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance and Investments from George Washington University.
