Joachim Dettmar Bio

Joachim Dettmar joined IK Partners in 2019 and is a Partner within the Operations team, based in Hamburg. He has extensive experience in management consultancy and private equity. Prior to joining IK, Joachim held the role of Partner with h&z Management Consulting, before which he was employed at L.E.K Consulting, working on strategy and M&A. He holds a PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in Applied Mechanics/Engineering from University of Stuttgart, where he also worked as a lecturer.
