Marie-Odile Schaad started her career in 1998 at KPMG, subsequently working for the Internal Audit departments of HSBC, CACIB and CNCE. In 2006, she moved to Natixis as Senior Administrative Officer for third-party management. In 2014, Marie-Odile was hired by Hiram Finance a consulting firm as Head of Asset Management Post-Trade Regulation and Executive Committee member. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Compliance and Internal Control Manager in March 2023. Marie-Odile holds an advanced master’s degree (Magistère) in Finance from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
