Jean LEBRETON Bio

Jean Lebreton started his career as a legal specialist at the AMF before becoming a Corporate/M&A lawyer at a US law firm. In 2010, Jean was hired by Crédit Agricole Group, working initially at LCL, then later at SODICA Corporate Finance. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in 2015 as Head of the Legal Department. Jean holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris II-Assas University, a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Business Law from Aix-Marseille III University, a master’s degree in finance from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a Specialised master’s degree in law and international Business Management from HEC. He also holds the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA).
