Lloyd Metz Bio

Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Metz was an investment professional with the New York based private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Mr. Metz was involved in investments across all stages of corporate development, from venture financings to acquisitions as going-private transactions. At Warburg, Mr. Metz was a director of several private and public companies. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Mr. Metz was in the High Yield Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley and worked in the equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions groups at JPMorgan. Mr. Metz has a BS degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
