Errol Williams Bio

Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Williams worked for We Work where he led Community and Asset Management for US and Canada, leading a 600+ person team with responsibility for Territory profitability, customer experience and retention, and operations. Previously, Mr. Williams held senior brand and operations leadership roles at Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG) where he scaled operations best practices across the Americas and spearheaded the transformation of the 1,000+ unit Holiday Inn brand globally. Before IHG, he led numerous consumer and retail projects at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager with emphasis on growth, innovation, and organization opportunities. Mr. Williams serves as the Treasurer of the Amana Academy Charter School Board in Atlanta and as a Volunteer Community Coach for the Alpharetta High School track team. He holds a BA and MS in Accounting from Notre Dame and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
