Victor Leclercq Bio

Victor is a Vice President and joined the team in 2022. Prior to joining iCON, Victor was an Associate at Allianz Global Investors in the Infrastructure Private Debt team. Victor is primarily focused executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Economics (Maastricht University) and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam).
