Jeremy Smith Bio

Jeremy is a Partner and joined the team in 2012 as an Associate. Jeremy was promoted to Partner in 2021. Jeremy has over 15 years of corporate finance and infrastructure experience. Prior to joining iCON Jeremy practised as a solicitor with Weil Gotshal & Manges and spent over six years working on private equity and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Jeremy is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University College Durham).
