Jen Sharp Bio

Jen is Head of Legal and joined the team in 2023. Jen has over nine years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Jen was a Managing Associate at Linklaters, advising financial sponsor clients on infrastructure transactions. Jen provides legal advice and support to the Investment Team and the wider iCON business. Jen holds Bachelors’ degrees in Law and International Relations (Australian National University) and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in New South Wales, Australia.
