Rob joined ICG in 2020 and is Head of European & Asia-Pacific Credit Fund Management (CFM). Prior to joining ICG, Rob spent 18 years at Barings (formerly known as Babson Capital) in a number of roles, most recently as a Managing Director leading the Barings European CLO platform, as well as Portfolio Manager on numerous loan/bond funds, and was a member of the Barings High Yield Investment Committee. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager, Rob was a credit analyst responsible for analysing and transacting new investment opportunities across both loans and bonds. Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Economic & Social Policy from Birkbeck University of London.
