David Bicarregui Bio

David joined ICG in April 2023 and became CFO in July of that year when he was appointed to the Board. David, who brings to ICG significant experience in finance and operational leadership, transformation and business growth, is a member of the Group Board with responsibility for Group Finance and Operational functions. He was elected by shareholders as a Director of the Company at the AGM in July 2023. Prior to joining ICG, David spent 25 years with Goldman Sachs where he held various senior roles. Until 2022, he was Chief Financial Officer of Goldman Sachs International Bank and prior to that, Global-ex North America Treasurer. During his tenure, David led the growth of Goldman Sachs International Bank to become the largest of the firm’s banks outside of North America. David holds an Executive MBA from Columbia, New York and London Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the University of Exeter.
