Chris joined ICG in 2020 as a Managing Director and Head of Shareholder Relations. Chris assumed the wider role of Head of Corporate Development and Shareholder Relations in October 2023, helping the firm to originate, develop and execute strategic growth opportunities. Prior to joining ICG, Chris spent 13 years as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank and latterly with Goldman Sachs. During this time he covered a variety of public and private companies, including a number of private equity firms, and advised across M&A, debt and equity capital markets. Chris graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages.
