Andrea joined ICG in 2022 and is Head of Europe for ICG Strategic Equity (ICGSE), based in London. Andrea is part of the senior leadership group executing ICGSE’s investment strategy and sits on its Investment Committee. Prior to joining ICG, Andrea spent 15 years at Blackstone, most recently as a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities group in New York, and before that, in the firm’s Private Equity division in London and New York. Andrea began his career at Goldman Sachs in its M&A division in London. Andrea graduated in economics from Bocconi University in Milan, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
