Previous experience: DPE Deutsche Private Equity, Waterland Private Equity, Stern Stewart & Co., and Credit Suisse. Sergej is a partner at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake in 2023, he was a director at DPE Deutsche Private Equity, investing in numerous “Mittelstand” companies across the DACH region. Previously, Sergej worked at Waterland Private Equity, Stern Stewart & Co., and Credit Suisse. Sergej has an MBA from INSEAD and studied business administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and University of Warwick.
