Previous experience: McKinsey & Company; Roel is an investment director at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake in 2023, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, where he focused on strategy, operating model & transactions mainly in the Energy and Sustainability sector. Roel holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Technical University of Eindhoven and National University of Singapore.
