Ravi Shah Bio

Ravi Shah is an Vice President at IA Capital Group where he has been employed since 2018. Ravi researches IA Capital’s target markets and contributes to the screening and sourcing process of potential investments. Additionally, Ravi supports the deal team on due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management, and he is a member of the investment committee. Ravi serves as a Director of Summit and Moby and as a Board Observer for Certificial and Checkbook. Prior to joining IA Capital Group, Ravi worked at Laconia Capital Group, a B2B VC firm, and MergerTech, where he worked on M&A and capital raising transactions in the digital media space. Ravi holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University.
