Thomas Cantore Bio

Thomas Cantore is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Previously, Mr. Cantore was an Associate in the Corporate & Financial Services department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he advised financial sponsors and portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, early-stage and growth equity investments, and other financing transactions across a range of industries, with a focus on the insurance and technology sectors. Mr. Cantore graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology and holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
