Katherine Park Bio

Katherine Park is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation and IR at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Ms. Park most recently served as Head of Business Development for several early-stage investment firms. Prior to that, Kathy was at Goldman Sachs for 18 years where she was a Managing Director and business leader across a broad range of business units, including Head of US Fund and Private Capital Raising in the Investment Banking and Securities Divisions, Head of Corporate Access for the Americas, a senior member of the Hedge Fund Industry Group and a capital markets banker covering the Financial Services sector. She has also worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company and brand manager at L’Oreal. She is also on the Board of Directors for TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corporation as an Independent Director and on the Board of Malaria No More. Ms. Park graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
