Jeff Sangster is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Sangster served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Validus Holdings, Ltd. from February 2013 to August 2018. Mr. Sangster joined Validus Holdings, Ltd. in October 2006 and served in various finance positions during that time, including Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Validus Reinsurance, Ltd. Mr. Sangster has over 21 years of experience and prior to Validus held various positions with Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd., Centre Group and Ernst & Young. Mr. Sangster graduated from the University of Manitoba, Aspen School of Business, Honors, with a Bachelor of Commerce. Mr. Sangster is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba.
