Jeff Lowe Bio

Jeff Lowe is a co-founder and Managing Director. He is responsible for identifying, executing and managing investments and helping to manage the firm. Jeff has 18 years of senior operating experience managing capital markets and risk management teams within the same unit across two global banks. Prior to co-founding Hudson Glade, Jeff was a Managing Director and Head of the Americas financing and clearing businesses at BNP Paribas, responsible for overseeing over $150 billion in financing and leading a 125-person team responsible for risk, trading, sales, and platform (technology and operations). While at BNP Paribas, Jeff served as President and a Director of a SEC-registered broker-dealer. He joined BNP Paribas in 2008 after he led the sale of his unit from Bank of America, having joined there in 2002. Previously, Jeff was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore after clerking for the Honorable Judge Sidney H. Stein of the Southern District of New York. Jeff received a J.D. from The New York University School of Law where he made the Law Review, and a dual degree (B.A. and B.S. in Economics), magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
