Timothy Ross Bio

Timothy R.G. Ross is a Partner at Hudson Ferry Capital where he focuses on sourcing, structuring and creating value in private equity investments. Mr. Ross is a member of the Board of Directors of VIRA Insight and Percheron Holdings. Prior to co-founding Hudson Ferry Capital, Mr. Ross spent seven years at Liberty Partners making investments in lower middle market companies and three years as an investment banker at Lazard Frères. Previously, Mr. Ross was President of Bayamon Steel Processors, a portfolio company of Merrill Lynch Interfunding. He also held operating positions at Thypin Steel Company, including product manager, plant manager and industrial engineer. Mr. Ross received his MBA, MS in Industrial Engineering, and BS in Industrial Engineering with Academic Honors with Distinction from Columbia University.
