Tiffany has over ten years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior to HTR Capital, she was the Director of Business Development at Colonnade Advisors, a mergers and acquisitions investment bank focused on lower middle market transactions. Before Colonnade, Tiffany was on the Investor Relations team at Thoma Bravo, a software-focused private equity firm. Before that, Tiffany was on the research team at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, a hedge fund of funds. Tiffany began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she held various roles in the firm’s Corporate Treasury group in New York and London. Tiffany received a BS magna cum laude in Finance and Accounting from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
