Tony Shizari Bio

Mr. Shizari is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2021, Mr. Shizari was Co-Head of Energy & Power Infrastructure at Fortress Investment Group Credit Funds, investing across the capital structure and energy value chain. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Shizari was a Managing Director at GE Energy Financial Services where he founded and was Group Head of Debt Finance, the power, renewables and energy credit business of GE Capital. At GE, Mr. Shizari also held various risk management positions responsible for equity investments in power infrastructure assets. Mr. Shizari holds a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
