Tom Wasserman Bio

Mr. Wasserman is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2008, Mr. Wasserman was a Managing Director at Constellation Growth Capital at Bear Stearns Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Wasserman worked as a Senior Manager of Corporate Development at 360Networks, a global telecommunications service provider funded by Providence Equity, Madison Dearborn, the Sprout Group, and other Private Equity funds. Mr. Wasserman holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and graduated with distinction.
