Marie-Anne Bousaba Bio

Ms. Bousaba is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS, Ms. Bousaba was Group General Counsel at a UK-based real estate group, having held various senior roles in the UK and New York. Ms. Bousaba trained as an attorney with Milbank LLP in their New York office, as well as with Minter Ellison in their Melbourne office. Ms. Bousaba holds a BCom and LLB with Honors from Monash University and is qualified to practice law in New York, in the High Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
