Adam Gross Bio

Mr. Gross is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2023, Mr. Gross spent ten years with BC Partners where he was a Managing Director of the Private Equity Team responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, transaction execution and post-closing growth initiatives. Within BC Partners, Mr. Gross focused on control investments in the business services and consumer/retail sectors. Prior to BC Partners, Mr. Gross was an Associate at Behrman Capital where he specialized in growth oriented leveraged buy-out investments with government as a primary source of revenue. Mr. Gross began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gross holds a BA in Economics from Duke University.
