Adrian Schwarz Bio

Adrian is a Principal at HPE Growth where he is responsible for the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities, market analysis, due diligence and portfolio management. Besides his involvement in the origination and execution of new investments, Adrian is active in the portfolio management of HPE Growth’s investments in Zava, EGYM, Xempus, Strohm and Airborne. Prior to joining HPE Growth in August 2019, Adrian was an Associate at Lincoln International, a global mid-market investment banking boutique, where he worked in Frankfurt and Los Angeles and successfully completed multiple international M&A transactions across a variety of sectors. Adrian holds a BSc. in business administration and engineering from RWTH Aachen University with a focus on materials and process engineering.
