Ed Miller Bio

Ed Miller joined Housatonic in 2025 as an Operating Partner specializing in vertical software applications and education technology. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Class Technologies, a premier virtual classroom platform that promotes interactive learning, collaboration, and student engagement. Before Class Technologies, Ed was CEO of NovoEd, a corporate learning and development platform that was acquired by the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments. Prior to that, he served as President at Blackboard Inc, where he oversaw the company’s commerce and security management solutions (Blackboard Transact), reporting and analysis platform (BlackBoard Analytics), and mass notification system (Blackboard Connect). He joined Blackboard with the acquisition of Xythos, where he was CEO. Ed began his career as a sales executive at Oracle.
