Gregory Voigt Bio

Greg Voigt has 25 years’ investment experience in venture capital, private equity and publicly listed vehicles. He has provided corporate finance and equity advisory services to government agencies, technology funds, large corporates and mid-market enterprises. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and business turnarounds. Sectors he has worked in include financial services, leisure, media, telecommunications, software and services. Previously he was a founding partner of Adlevo Capital, a $43-million private equity fund focusing on technology-enabled businesses operating in sub-Saharan Africa. He was also the chief investment officer and sponsoring director of M-FiTEC International Limited, a special purpose acquisition company that listed on the JSE. Greg holds a BCom degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a BAcc degree from the University of South Africa, and is a Chartered Accountant.
