Simen Helland joined HitecVision in 2021. He came from Carnegie Investment Bank, where he had been since 2017, working on M&A and ECM deals across various industries such as Business Services, Oil Service and TMT. Simen is working closely on transactions and investments in the E&P segment following-up Sval Energy and NEO Energy. Simen holds an MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
