Joshua Walker Bio

Joshua Walker joined Hillcore in 2019 and is primarily responsible for managing the firm’s strategic investment and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Hillcore, Joshua worked at KPMG in the M&A tax practice as well as the real estate tax practice where he advised large public companies, REITs and private equity firms with buy, sell and reorganization mandates. Joshua managed transactions with deal values ranging from multi-million to multi-billion. Joshua is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.
