Ben Samit Bio

Mr. Samit is a Principal at Hildred. Prior to Hildred, Mr. Samit was a Vice President at PennantPark Investment Advisers, where he originated, structured and managed private debt and equity investments in middle market companies with a focus on the healthcare industry. Prior to PennantPark, Mr. Samit worked as an investment banker at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on M&A and corporate financings, including leveraged buyouts and equity offerings. In his free time, Mr. Samit enjoys playing racquet sports, working on his golf game and being a friend to all rescue dogs. Mr. Samit received a B.B.A. in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
