Jay joined HighPost in 2024, bringing two decades of investor relations and fundraising experience in the alternative investment sector. Most recently, he was Partner, Investor Relations, at Atlantic Street Capital, a lower middle market consumer, healthcare and business services-focused private equity firm, where he directed all aspects of the firm’s capital formation process across primary and secondary funds. Prior to Atlantic Street Capital, Jay was Managing Director for global fundraising at Lighthouse Investment Partners, an equity, credit and relative value alternative investment firm. There he developed and coordinated business priorities, including the launch and expansion of the firm’s separate account business, the formation of a socially responsible hedge fund strategy, and the successful launch and growth of North Rock, an industry-leading hedge fund platform. Prior to Lighthouse, Jay was Director of Marketing for EACM Advisors, a division of BNY Mellon Asset Management. In addition to his professional commitments, Jay is a volunteer Governing Board member and Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee of the South Florida Water Management District, the state agency overseeing Everglades restoration and more broadly managing and protecting Florida’s water resources. Jay received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.
