Nick Julian Bio

Nick works closely with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions across a variety of industries. He also spends a substantial amount of time assessing potential investment opportunities, performing company valuations, and supporting the day-to-day activities in the transaction process, including managing due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring. Nick joined Highlander Partners in 2022. Prior to joining Highlander Partners, Nick was a Senior Associate at Parthenon Capital, a middle-market private equity firm.
