Alex Guiva Bio

Alex focuses on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings within a variety of industries and his breadth of experience provides Highlander with expertise to structure, finance, and manage successful transactions. His focus is on the business development and add-on opportunities with firm portfolio companies. Alex joined Highlander Partners in 2004, shortly after it was founded. Prior to Highlander, he was employed in the Corporate Finance department of Stephens Inc., most recently as an Investment Banking Associate.
