Mark Isaacs Bio

Mark is a Partner and co-founder of Highland Rim Capital. Prior to Highland Rim, Mark was a Managing Director at a Nashville based lower middle market private equity firm where he spent 14 years and served on the boards of 10 lower middle market businesses in the light manufacturing, value-add distribution and business services sectors. Prior to that, Mark was with First Avenue Partners, a private equity firm focused on control buyouts and growth equity, and Richland Ventures, an expansion stage venture capital firm. Mark began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Mark holds a BS from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mark is a licensed CPA (inactive).
