Lamar Stanley Bio

Lamar is a Managing Director at Highland Rim Capital, which he joined in 2024. Before joining Highland Rim, Lamar was a Director at Lead Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm. Prior to Lead Capital Partners, he worked at Gen Cap America, another lower middle market private equity firm based in Nashville. Before direct investing at Gen Cap America, Lamar was at Diversified Trust Company, a Nashville-based wealth management firm, where he worked in their private equity strategy group. Lamar began his career serving as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy. Lamar holds a B.A. degree from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN, and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.
