Conor Feeney Bio

Conor Feeney serves as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager and is responsible for the investment and performance of all of the firm’s Funds. Mr. Feeney originally joined High Street in 2011 and rejoined the firm after a senior role at Prologis. Prior to High Street, he worked at CBRE and Ernst & Young. He has 14 years of experience sourcing and managing industrial real estate investments and has been responsible for acquiring and developing $2.4B in industrial assets. Mr. Feeney is a member of the firm’s Investment, Management and Executive Committees. He holds a BBA and an MPA (Masters in Public Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The Wharton School.
