Mark Tiner Bio

Mark Tiner is the Managing Director and CFO of InfraRed’s Core Infrastructure Funds, including the key role of CFO of HICL Infrastructure PLC. Mark leads HICL’s financial reporting and portfolio management, which includes key responsibilities for capital management, valuation, portfolio outperformance, and financial optimisation. Prior to joining InfraRed in February 2025, Mark was the CFO at Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, a listed Investment Trust focused on digital infrastructure investments, where he was responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting, control, and operations. Mark has also held senior finance positions at Novalpina Capital LLP and Marwyn Investment Management LLP. Mark is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
