Thad is a Principal on the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Investor Relations, he was a Principal on HGGC’s Operational Resource Group working on strategic projects and process management. Before joining HGGC, Thad was Chief Operating Officer at RobustWealth, a startup digital wealth management platform which was sold to Principal Financial. Before RobustWealth, Thad was at Franklin Templeton Investments for 12 years where he ran corporate development, strategic planning and led a group of client portfolio managers for the Multi-Asset Solutions Investment Team.
