Phil is active in the firm's Fund IV investment in Marmic, Fund III investment in Beauty Industry Group as well as the Fund II investment in Pearl. He previously was involved with the firm’s exited investment in Mi9 and MyWebGrocer. Prior to joining HGGC, Phil was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and equity and debt financings.
