Louise is responsible for all aspects of the human capital initiatives at the firm. She is involved in talent acquisition, talent management and development, organizational planning and employee engagement, as well as overseeing HGGC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Louise also works in tandem with the operating partners and investment team to support the human capital functions across the portfolio. Prior to joining HGGC, Louise was Managing Director, Chief People Officer at the Fremont Group. Previously, Louise held human capital roles at BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, Williams-Sonoma Inc., and the Bechtel Corporation.
