Richard Poole Bio

Richard is Director of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Value Creation Team. Richard works closely with management teams, boards and Hg functional experts to lead value creation programmes (e.g. 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects. Richard has worked closely with portfolio companies across Hg’s funds and clusters; in recent years this has included IRIS, Litera, Sovos, Serrala and Ideagen. Prior to joining Hg in 2017, Richard spent four years at L.E.K. Consulting in Australia and the UK where he worked on strategy, due diligence and performance improvement projects for a range of private equity and corporate clients.
